A DoGe employee now walking the halls in NASA held a publicly accessible google calendar – revealing his links to the Trump administration initiative, the names of DGE employees and planned interviews including Tesla, Parantir and A anduril.
Riley Sennott, 26, is listed as an “old counselor” in an internal NASA’s director, similar to the foggy titles given to some DOGE staff at other agencies. His name and inclusion with DOGE have not been reported before.
Like many other doge workers, he deleted his LinkedIn profile and made his private account in recent months. However, Sennott did not make the Google calendar associated with his personal private email address.
Dokush with address can see any meeting Sennott had on the calendar returning in 2016.
On January 6, for example, the calendar included a 15-minute event entitled “Riley Sennott and Dage Recruitment”. The invitation came from a Gmail address that Doge seemed to be using for recruitment.
While Doge has advertised open positions for engineering and HR, among other departments, the process of hiring has been relatively dark; Sennott’s calendar sheds light on how and when the group interviewed applicants.
Later that month, January 17, Sennott was scheduled to attend a 30-minute meeting called “Sge Ethics Discussion”. Sge is an acronym used for “special government employees”, a title used to describe Elon Musk. This invitation included two people with email addresses of the general service administration and other DOGE reported employees, including Derek Geissler and Brooks Morgan.
The invitation also included the personal email of another name previously unrelated: Conor Fennessy. A federal employee told him that someone with that name has an email address GSA; Fennessy did not respond to a comment request.
On February 19, Sennott had a planned interview with a person with a government email address listed on LinkedIn as a special agent with the Defense Security Agency. DCSA performs background checks for many executive branch officials.
The NASA Directorate indicates that Sennott works in the administrator group at the headquarters, and an image shared with BI shows his name followed by the letters “GSA”, an obvious reference to the administration of general services.
Sennott did not respond to an email or a text message about this story. Within one hour from BI, reaching, Sennott’s calendar was no longer public.
He seems to be related to Tesla. His Google calendar showed some planned meetings with Tesla employees, one of which referred to “a project -based rotary role”, and a private account X under his name has his bio as “@tesla”. Some archived posts refer to Tesla, including a post in December praising the IT table at the company’s production facility.
Bi was unable to verify if Sennott was an employee of Musk’s electric vehicle company. Tesla did not respond to a comment request for Sennott’s connection with the company.
In 2022, Sennott worked at Crypto; The archived versions of his LinkedIn and X profiles refer to him working in Syndica, a startup that creates software for Blockchain developers, and his calendar showed interviews with people in November 2021. His calendar also showed planned meetings with other major technology firms during a visible work.
Last March, his calendar pointed out a planned zooming call regarding a “venture role” with Fund Fund, one of the first investors in Spacex. In May, the calendar showed a “recruiting call” with Parantir, the data firm linked by Elon Mus’s ally and conservative king Peter Thiel. An entry in April was titled “Anduril Opportunity Chat”. Anduril is a protection technology company founded by Palmer Luckey.
Just last week, his calendar showed meetings with two partners at the Entrepreneurship Capital Firm Thrive Capital.
A calendar meeting from 2023 noted that Sennott “is currently working with a non -profit team in Ukraine to provide efficient assistance and support.” Blurb said Sennott studied symbolic systems and environmental studies in college, “briefly in counseling”, and has an “entrepreneurial spirit”. His calendar also showed several events about a practice at Boz Allen Hamilton in 2021.
Senott’s exact role in NASA remains unclear, but employees in the agency received an email last month about Dog’s staff.
“The Government Efficiency Department has arrived at the country. We anticipate that they will start reviewing our contracts to find efficiency,” the email reads, according to a copy reviewed by BI.
Representatives for Doge and NASA did not respond to a comment request from Business Insider.
